At Wonderoo, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns policy below outlines your options.

Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:

    Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
    Returned in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Items marked final sale or on sale are not eligible for return.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we provide refunds or store credit so you can repurchase your preferred size, colour, or style.
  • Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card sent to your email once your return has been processed.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your return for store credit to be issued.

Refunds

  • Refunds are available for returns.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us at contact@wonderoo.com.au within 30 days of delivery with photos and details.
  • Do not use or wear the item, as this may affect eligibility for return.
  • If assessed as faulty, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.

How to Return

  1. Email contact@wonderoo.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
  4. Please retain your tracking number until your return is processed.

Postage & Processing

  • Return postage costs are at the customer’s expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
  • Processing may take up to 5 business days once your return arrives at our facility.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We encourage all customers to review their rights under Australian legislation.
